The DON FPA Quantitative Test Kit uses Fluorescence Polarization (FP) to determine the presence of DON in wheat. The kit includes a specific antibody solution that reacts to the presence of DON and permits an FP reader to detect the toxin from 0 to 6 ppm, with a Level of Detection at 0.17 ppm.
It is intended for use in screening incoming grain shipments using a portable single-well instrument, such as our Sentry® 100.
The test is sold in kits of 50 tests (Catalog Number 62530), 100 tests (Catalog Number 62531), and 1,000 tests (Catalog Number 62532).
