The Fumonisin FPA Quantitative Test Kit uses Fluorescence Polarization (FP) to determine the presence of Fumonisin in corn. The kit includes a specific antibody solution that reacts to the presence of Fumonisin and permits an FP reader to detect the toxin from X to Y ppm, with a Level of Detection at Z ppm.
It is intended for use in screening incoming grain shipments using a portable single-well instrument, such as our Sentry® 100.
The test is sold in kits of 50 tests (Catalog Number 62550), 100 tests (Catalog Number 62551), and 1,000 tests (Catalog Number 62552).
