The DON FPA Qualitative Test Kit uses Fluorescence Polarization (FP) to determine the presence of DON in wheat. The kit includes a specific antibody solution that reacts to the presence of DON and permits an FP reader to detect the toxin at a level equal to or greater than 1 ppm.

 

It is intended for use in screening incoming grain shipments using a portable single-well instrument, such as our Sentry® 100.

 

The test is sold in kits of 50 tests (Catalog Number 61530), 100 tests (Catalog Number 61531), and 1,000 tests (Catalog Number 61532).
